Margot Hazard LLB (UTS)

Margot was admitted as a solicitor in 1995 and commenced work as a family lawyer at the Aboriginal Legal Service in Sydney conducting parenting and Children’s Court matters. She then moved into private legal practice in Sydney city practicing in  insolvency and bankruptcy matters which often involved investigating families’ financial and personal arrangements, such as family trusts, transfers of property, claimed separations or legitimate family breakdown.   She has written extensively for academic publications regarding Family Law issues and is now practising exclusively as a  family lawyer.
